For more than a decade the Law Firm of Hammond Townsend Allala, PLLC has been helping the elderly and disabled to live their lives in comfort and dignity. Our firm has worked on many of the most difficult guardianship and probate cases brought in El Paso County in recent years. The firm currently handles approximately three hundred guardianship, probate, estate and trust matters. We are actively involved in national, state and local organizations dedicated to improving the legal systems affecting the elderly and disabled. Our staff is small - and deliberately so. It consists of two attorneys, four legal assistants and one accounts manager. We are not a large law firm but our size allows us to dedicate ourselves to our clients and their needs. Our clients are people quite often people with problems. By being small, we can focus on the issues, while at the same time make our clients feel as though they are home - a member of our family. Our office has the reputation of handling the most difficult and complex of cases involving incapacitated persons. Further, an important part of our reputation is that we are well-known as the defender and protector of the elderly and disabled.
